Peartree Cleaning Services, one of the UK’s leading providers of professional cleaning and facilities solutions, is delighted to announce that two of its managers, Marta Lignicka and Ney Guzman, have successfully completed the Level 5 Industry Management Training Scheme apprenticeship. This achievement marks a significant milestone in Peartree’s ongoing commitment to investing in the growth and professional development of its people.
Through a combination of coaching, workshops, and on-the-job learning, the 18-month, work-based apprenticeship equips managers and aspiring leaders with skills in team and project management, strategic decision-making, and financial planning to improve organisational performance.

As part of its wider commitment to learning and community impact, Peartree has also gifted £19,500 of its apprenticeship levy funds to Mosaic Clubhouse, an award-winning mental health charity in Lambeth, London. The donation will fund a Level 7 CIPD HR apprenticeship through Knowledge Brief, supporting Mosaic’s efforts to develop its staff and continue providing vital services to the community.
Mosaic Clubhouse has been supporting people in the London Borough of Lambeth with their mental health recovery for over 30 years. Each year, Mosaic helps more than 400 individuals aged 16 and over, offering access to education, employment, crisis support, and community reintegration through initiatives like their Education and Employment Programme.
