UK-wide estate agent backs rising star’s motorsport career for sixth successive year.
One of the UK’s leading estate agents has extended its backing for rising Gloucestershire motorsport star Zak O’Sullivan.
Winkworth, which has more than 100 offices nationwide including more than 60 in London, has been supporting the 20-year-old, from Withington, near Cheltenham, since his first season in circuit racing in 2019.
Zak became Ginetta Junior Rookie Champion in that first season and the partnership has blossomed ever since, through British F3, GB3, Formula 3 and Formula 2.
The 2025 season will see Winkworth support Zak as he embarks on two new challenges, racing in Super Formula in Japan alongside a sim driver role with Envision Racing in Formula E.
Zak’s family have a long association as landlords with the Winkworth office in Shepherd’s Bush and the sponsorship began with Shepherd’s Bush franchisee Carl Burgess, who handed over to Rupal and Ravi Patel when they took over as franchisees of the office in 2022.
Rupal Patel, from Winkworth Shepherd’s Bush, said: “Zak’s talent has been clear from a very young age and it’s been a fantastic journey seeing him carry the Winkworth brand from UK motorsport to the global stage.

Zak said: “It’s no secret that I faced many challenges to raise the budget to go racing in 2024, which is why the continued support of Winkworth has been invaluable in my career.
“I’ve built up a great relationship with the Winkworth team at Shepherd’s Bush and across the wider network, and I’m looking forward to working with them again in 2025.”
Zak makes his Formula E debut in the series’ rookie test in Jeddah this week (February 13), before heading to Suzuka for the pre-season Super Formula test next week (February 18-19).
The Super Formula season gets underway at Suzuka over the weekend of March 7-9, and the races can be watched in the UK on Motorsport TV.
