Leading loyalty program provider LoyaltyLion has announced Loyalty Connect 2025

Leading loyalty program provider LoyaltyLion has announced Loyalty Connect 2025, a free three-day virtual event series designed to help ecommerce brands leverage loyalty as a vital, strategic growth driver. With acquisition costs rising and customer expectations shifting quickly, this year’s program is focused on why having a strong loyalty approach has never been more urgent – and how to get it right to drive top revenue growth.

Running across three themed days from 10-12 June, Loyalty Connect features expert speakers from across retail, tech, data, and behavioural science, including Natalie Berg (Retail Disrupted), Dr Carolyn Mair (Behavioural Psychologist), Iain Pringle (The Loyalty Podcast), and senior marketers and ecommerce managers from brands including Nanso and AU Vodka.Each two-hour session is live online from 4–6pm BST (11am–1pm ET / 8–10am PT). Attendees can sign up for the full event or just the days that are most relevant to them.
